OUR FOUNDER
Ram Construction Services Inc. was established in 1996 by John Subko Jr. The son of a contractor, John has been around the building industry his entire life.
John’s structural background and knowledge of construction, along with his keen eye for design and aesthetics enable him to suggest design ideas that are both functional and beautiful.
Unlike many contractors, John is not only the supervisor of the overall project, he is directly involved in every stage of the process to ensure that it moves along smoothly from start to completion.
In addition to being a builder, John is also a skilled carpenter, creating beautiful trim, moldings, and other accents to enhance the overall appearance of finished homes. Before putting a bid together, John will meet with you to discuss budgets, goals and desires for your new home, addition or renovation. This enables him to compile a detailed, comprehensive bid, enabling you to see the potential cost of each and every aspect of your building project.
John is honored to have been selected as the builder for the 2014 & 2019 Designer Show House, +10,000 square foot Lighthouse Point waterfront homes, conceptualized by Bridget Conway of Lighthouse Interiors Inc.
